Felicity is an English actress that gained notoriety for her role as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones started acting at age of 12 and appeared in numerous TV shows, plays and films. Jones made her debut as an actress in the television movie The Treasure Seekers. She then played Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch, and the sequel Weirdsister college. She played Young Ruth in her first film Flashbacks of a Fool and later on, she starred in numerous films. Her acting became famous through films like The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. Her performance on the screen in The Theory of Everything was the one that earned her an Oscar nomination. Jones' portrayal as Stephen Hawking's spouse in the biopic, based on his life was applauded by critics as well as the public. The film was followed by Inferno an action film starring Tom Hanks. In 2016 In 2016, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles recognized Jones in the category of British Artist of The Year for her talent and contributions to cinema.
