Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been a Canadian actress for several years. The actress is famous for the roles she played on television and films. Her work is well-known on both Canadian and American TV. Emily's love for acting first began at the age of 12 when, she went to visit the sister of Katie who was filming one of Katie's films. After Emily discovered her passion for acting, she began acting classes and attended auditions. She started out with a few ads and soon was selected for Are You Are You Afraid of The Dark A Canadian horror film for children. The only thing she could get was one with no sound. When she was 15 years old, she got her big break after she became part of the WB show Glory Days. Emily's acting talent attracted the attention of Greg Berlanti when the series was cancelled after just nine episodes. He subsequently cast Emily as a character on Everwood which is his upcoming TV show. Emily can also be a professional dancer as well as a photographer. She was named as among the top 20 Teen's actors. The Maxim's Hot 100 List of 2014 ranked Emily at 51.
