My child played around inside a playpen, while I sat for 12 hours cleaning the floors, and taking down the wallpaper. Ha! All was beginning to fall into place, but we were nowhere near done. The business wasn't just expanding, but so was our family of four. The balance was between starting a new business as well as being a mom. Growing Days just seemed to fit. My daughter Nora was our fourth baby. My company was doing well however I needed a break. I made the decision to take a break and spend some time in my home with my family. In no time, I was managing several accounts and a home renovations company. I'm sure you would have amused me if you told me this would become the basis of the DIY Network tv series. It's hilarious to look back on the idea.
