Jennifer Garner, born April 17, 1972, in Houston, Texas, was born within Charleston West Virginia. William John Garner served as engineer at Union Carbide. From 2014 onwards, Garner has been a participant on the trustees' board of this organization, pushing for early childhood education. Being a part of the Early Steps to School Success (EASS) team of ambassadors for the program Garner has visited families on a regular basis to provide them with strategies to inspire their kids to succeed.
